The modern office has all the computers and the necessary gadgets close to you and that means absolute sedentary lifestyle. This sedentary lifestyle is not good for health and also it is not a good thing for your heart. It can easily lead to obesity related problems at later stages in life.

Most of us have the excuse of time. We always keep harping at the fact that we do not have time but the fact is that there is always time if you have some will power. Also there are ways to get exercise so that you do not have to be doing some extra planning for the exercise.

You can also save money because of the fact that you should strive to take a walk instead of taking out your car for small distances. That way you will be able to save money.

The other benefit is that you will be able to save money on doctors bill and other health related problems if you walk as opposed to taking the car every time you go out of the home.

Let us look at a few other tips like parking your car. Suppose you go to a mall then always everyone tries to get a spot near the entrance. Try the reverse find a spot at the very last and as far away from the entrance. The benefit is that you will get exercise

The other way to get exercise is to take the stairs instead of the elevators. Think of the cardio exercise you get while going up and down the stairs.

There are gaming consoles let you stand on a board that measure your weight and then allow to play games and will also track how much weight you have lost. It is a double benefit of exercising as well as playing.
